And yes, I said “work.” Momming is a job filled with endless duties (and lots of doody!). However, it’s so much more than chores, changing diapers and packing lunches. 

In between performing those tasks is the management of, and concern about, getting them all done while keeping everyone happy. Of course, this is amidst the societal expectations and opinions with which we’re constantly bombarded! 

When you come down to it, motherhood is emotionally and physically taxing. That’s why, in this workshop we’ll discuss how to combat the effects of this stress on our minds and bodies.

During this FREE, 30-minute Instagram Live I’ll share a series of tips and spicy bits that will help you lighten your “motherload” and break the ‘mommy loop’ of worry and obligations that swirls endlessly in your head.
