Identifying and understanding these triggers will help establish the foundation upon which we will develop a strategy to mitigate them and, ultimately, stave-off burn out. Upon completing this series, you’ll have an action plan specific to your goals of stress-free momming and living. Four one-hour sessions— scheduled weekly, Mon.-Fri., between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., directly with and by Sue– over four-weeks.
